Spring Semester

Minimum: 6 lessons/week
(Must be available for at least 8 periods. Thursday and Friday at Tokorozawa Campus should be available. A minimum of 6 lessons will be assigned from your availability.)
Maximum: 12 lessons/week
90 minutes/lesson
An estimated 20 minutes/lesson for inputting comments to students

Payment

Lesson rate: 5,350 yen/90-minute lesson
(Lesson rate includes hourly rate of 2,900 yen/hour x 1.5 hours + Can-do Assessments and Comments 1,000 yen/lesson)

Allowance: 2,000 yen per teaching day at Tokorozawa campus
Review sheets: 1,000 yen/student/sheet
Local transport expenses: Paid per trip, based on the most reasonable commuting route to the campus, up to 50,000 yen/month.

PLEASE NOTE

This contract is for the fall semester (fall and winter quarters) only. Part-time contracts are renewable on a semester basis depending on performance.
Part-time tutors teach the spring and fall semesters only, and not in the intensives.
